"expedia messed up with their infamous glitch, but staff guided us through the process ok. we got the room originally paid for for a reasonable supplementary payment. I will never trust Expedia again,, as they have been thoroughly disingenuous about this matter"

"The hotel is absolutely stunning. With a view over the Bangkok river and centrally located it is an oasis of calm among the busy streets. The staff are attentive and kind, the hotel beautifully maintained to the highest standards. I highly recommend the Verandah restaurant - the food and view were both fantastic."
