I have been coming back to Imperial since I found it 10 years ago. Love having a tennis court and an Olympic size pool a minute walk from my room. The landscaping is lush and well maintained. And the staff are always friendly and helpful

Excellent facilities, WiFi, services and room. Very cheap rate for the things one is getting. Only problem is far walk to main road and out of town. Need own transport or be prepared to spend some money on Grab service.

The resort is a bit old. The service is good. The pool is great, though the water is too cold for swimming. The environment is quiet except on the 1st Fri night, the music from outside was extremely loud. My room's air conditioner was noisy, too. Considering the low price, I shall not complain.

Got ripped off on the Breakfast charged !

Not happy with the lack of a safe and restricted view with a few bugs flying into the room that was tatty ! To be charged on my room booked for two people + for a breakfast not included when I paid extra specially for my mums separate room for 2people+ was insulting especially as I made+a point of this site not differentiating between one or more people staying in a room just with or without breakfast included ! Food was adequate unless ordered in room when it was warm by the time it arrived ! Restaurant had no air con or fans with Mosis around ! Pool restricted towels !Its a long way out of town on a gridlocked road !

the room can not accepted, I booked by request extra bed for adult.But hotel prepare very old things for me. The bath roomalso quite dirty ,hotel prepare old towel for us. Talking about reakfast ,I undertsood for this is low season,they can not prepare buffet stye for guests. But the breakfast set that offer to us are too little.Expectialy we request easy breakfast box for early check-out ( 6.00am) ,You know, they offer us with 4 small pieaces of sandwich for us .that was give us the very very up- set for this hotel. I am sure that , I will neber be there again.And ,tell to all my friends too.
