We had an amazing one-night stay at the Simple Patagonia. This family-owned hotel was impeccably designed and sits on the waterfront about 5 minutes from downtown Puerto Natales, 10 minutes from the Puerto Natales bus terminal, and 5 minutes from the Puerto Natales airport. Our room had a beautiful view of the water and our meals were wonderful. Everyone who at the hotel was incredibly kind and helpful, and we’d definitely recommend this hotel!

We had a wonderful stay. The hotel was cozy and quaint. Our hosts were very warm and welcoming. The hotel is located 5 minutes from Puerto Natales airport and about an hour from the Torres Del Paine national park. Highly recommend and we would love to come back!

Excellent stay! We were able to leave bags between our multi-day trip to Torres del Paine and they were safe & waiting in our new room on return. Very friendly and helpful staff, warm and clean rooms, great location. Highly recommend.

This was the perfect boutique hotel for our vacation in Patagonia. We were two hours away from Torres del Paine National Park which allowed us to do multiple day excursions and return home with plenty of time to enjoy Puerto Natales. The room was clean, modern and had a giant window with unobstructed spectacular views of the Patagonian landscape. The staff is great and they take care of you. Natales is a rural town and the lodging there is rustic to be sure. But food, service, and customer attention is all good at Amerindia.

The owner Jacob was amazing. Very good attitude and attention to the needs of the guests. Gave great insight on the area and the trekking experience. Could not have asked for a better service. We would definitely recommend and also go back if we are in the area again.

The room was spotless, bright and sunny, great view. Plenty of space. Comfortable bed. Helpful staff. Good breakfast. It did not have a mini fridge, which would have been helpful as we had snacks for our hiking. And also wish they had a fan- it was warm at night

Beautiful, unique hotel. Very comfortable. Friendly staff. Delicious food. 2 minute taxi to town or a 40 minute walk. Highly recommend booking an hour in the hot tub outside. Everything was perfect.
