"The hotel was fantastic! The ocean view is stunning, the staff was great, and the property was immaculate. We had a room with a balcony facing the ocean and practically had to force ourselves to leave the room everyday. Breakfast was buffet style with hot and cold options. The breakfast staff were friendly and helpful. All of hotel staff were professional and ready to assist the guests. There were only two cons to the hotel, the internet connection and the stairs. The internet connection was not very strong and had to be reset for us because it stopped working at one point. The receptionist quickly responded when we called and fixed it. The second issue is the stone steps leading to the hotel. Some of the steps are at an incline, which are a problem when making your way down. Some of the stones are also smooth and can make it easy to slip. They are not for the weak! The stairs in the hotel property are fine. You can contact the hotel before you arrive and ask for assistance with luggage. They will bring them down the stairs for you. Would we stay here again? YES! I hope this review helps. Happy travels! "A fabulous splurge hotel. Outdoor hot tub overlooking the caldera was great. The cave suite was so unique and fun to stay in. Great decor. Staff very attentive"

"Pros: beautiful view on the quiet side of Oia Nice big room AC was perfect Porter brings your bags to the room and back to up when you check out. WiFi was pretty good Staff was very nice and helpful with reservations hot tub was a must (amazing view while drinking some wine and relaxing after lots of walking) Cons: Breakfast was repetitive Water went out completely 2 of the 6 days (no way to even take a shower or flush) I do believe this was because of the storm that hit on 24 May 2025 Lots of steps to get to and from the hotel (140ish) mainly down steps getting to the hotel, majority up steep steps leaving the hotel and heading into Oia. You get 2 bottles of water upon arriving but everything else must be purchased even though you cannot drink the water from the tap. I know it sounds like a lot of negatives but the hotel and staff really are fantastic. I also understand the importance of an honest review. "

"This hotel was PERFECT. The views were INSANE. The rooms are large, great shower, and had everything we needed. With a little bit of walking either 10-15mins downhill or uphill, there’s great restaurants. It was so romantic. There’s a public bus stop a few steps away that brings you to different parts of the island. And most importantly, there’s a pool. If you’re going to Santorini and not staying at a hotel with a pool, you’ll deeply regret it. Would stay here again!"

"Hotel Sunny Villas felt like a hidden secret tucked away in a beautiful part of Santorini. It’s in a great location—close to plenty of great bars and restaurants we came across during our trip, while still being quiet and peaceful. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, going out of their way to assist us, including arranging smooth transportation to and from the hotel. Everyone we interacted with was warm and welcoming. We stayed in a room with a private hot tub, and the view was absolutely stunning—perfect for enjoying a quiet evening with a glass of wine and dinner. It was such a special and romantic experience. Everything about our stay was smooth and memorable. We’d definitely stay here again and would recommend it to anyone looking for a peaceful and beautiful spot in Santorini."

"We absolutely loved our stay at Petite Palace. The room had wonderful amenities, a great soft bed and linens. We had our own hot tub, so at night we could look at the water and see the different towns lit up in the dark making it a little more magical. The staff were amazing and all about making your stay wonderful. The food, breakfast and dinner, were great. Such fresh ingredients all locally sourced. We will return! "
