Amazing hotel! Very clean and modern. Staff was incredible from beginning to end. This hotel is a must. It’s right in between Fira and Oia. Perfect location, peaceful and beautiful. Shout out to Maggie at the hotel bar who gave us wonderful recommendations and Nic at the front desk who was so kind and helpful. They take pride in keeping their hotel top notch. The view from the hotel was amazing. Stunning sunsets. The staff was excellent. Very clean and quiet. Would like to have had small wash clothes, maybe just an American thing. My only complaint would be that the dining and bar facilities were not open yet for our stay on May 1 to May 4, 2025. Neither were the pool and spas. This was not disclosed to us before securing our reservation.

The property is beautiful but the terracotta/ orange sand that blew in from the desert was all over the floor in our room. Our luggage being wheeled in, also carried the orange sand into our room, so our socks and feet turned orange. When I went to use a very white towel, there was a dark “something” folded into it. I thought it was a bug. Thankfully when my husband checked, it turned out to be granola that wasn’t cleaned in their wash.

Beautiful hotel with an amazing view. Hotel staff was always helpful and friendly. Service, drinks and food were all top notch. Would definitely recommend Rocabella.

One of my favourite stays ever

I really enjoyed my 2 nights stay at Rocabella. The staff were very thoughtful and helpful and went the extra mile to provide a comfortable stay...they even packed a small breakfast for me because I was leaving for the airport before regular breakfast time. The regular breakfast was also excellent. They offered a sit down and order breakfast, not just a continental buffet. The hotel was nice, pools were great and the views are amazing, but the staff really made my stay one of the most memorable that I have had.

We changed next day our room, because of too many stairs to clim up. Special for older people very dangerous to fall. The other room was perfect. Service and cleaning was very good.

Amazing service from all of the staff from the moment we arrived. The Rocabella is the most stunning hotel with views to die for. We were so pleased with our room and service provided during our stay. We can’t wait to come back!

It’s slow season so many things are closed, including the restaurant and other amenities. The hotel is a bit old but well maintained. Mike works at the reception was very friendly and attentive. Any minor issues were corrected immediately. The whole island was very empty which is great to explore. We were lucky to have 2 dry days during this rainy season. It was nice to wake up to the gorgeous caldera view.

Amazing

This hotel exceeded my expectations, the location is great, away from the crowds. The staff was excellent, everything was very clean and the bus stop is pretty much across the street so no need to take a cab into Oia.

The property is located near a cliff overseeing the caldera. This property was well kept. It was about 10 to 15 minutes from both Oia and Fira. I did have one problem and they did take care of it as well as offer a discount on my spa treatment. Overall, Cristiana made me feel so welcomed as well as luggage transporter. I would recommend a stay here.
