This is a hidden gem for sure. It is unique and “classic” in some sense, and the staff is very friendly Like the fact they have rocking chair outside each room. Overall provides a friendly and welcoming atmosphere. Not like anything you experience at most places nowadays (Especially the big chains). It’s also right next to a local breakfast shop. Nice Mountain View Highly recommend folks give this place a shot.

My room was very tidy and updated - definitely exceeded my expectations. We're not talking Ritz here, but everything was in nice shape. It's owner-operated, and he was excellent - I had some travel complications and he made all the concerns I had about checking in/etc. disappear. Nice guy too. Parking is just outside the door like you'd expect in a classic Motel. There's a great breakfast joint next door that's reasonable and tasty (and has gluten free options too, which was an pleasant and unexpected surprise). All in all, very happy with everything and happy to support a small business!

Very clean hotel inside and out. I know it’s not new, however you wouldn’t know by the cleanliness and look of it. Cute decorations outside as well as rocking chairs outside your room to relax and unwind in. There’s a cute little cafe on the end of the hotel that’s amazing as well. The owner lives on property and is super friendly as well as “on top of it” if you need anything. It was winter during our stay and he went into our room before we arrived to simply check over the room and turn the heat up so we would be comfortable upon arrival! I was pleased with everything during our stay! Will definitely choose this hotel again when we are back in the area!

Excellent stay here. Heather was so sweet at the check in. Rooms were absolutely spotless and well stocked. Location is perfect for visiting the Valley, particularly 4th of July. Plenty of motorcycles(quiet ones) if you're an enthusiast.

Great stay in Maggie Valley!

Great little motel in Maggie Valley! Owner was very nice and helpful during check in. Room was very comfortable and clean. Rocking chairs outside to sit and relax in. Great little restaurant at the front of the property too!
