Clear and concise instructions how to contact free shuttle from the airport. Immediate response regardless of late arrival. Quick show up of the car to pick us up. Friendly and efficient check in. Opportunity to get really early coffee and some fruits (around 4.15 a.m.)! Wake up call. Very good option for night over. Well recommended

The hotel staff is wonderful; friendly, helpful. Each spoke perfect English. The food was fabulous, the patio nice and the bed comfortable. We had two unusual issues: first our shower stopped up then the door handle broke, but each item was handled quickly and efficiently with great apologies. The gentleman who carried our luggage refused a tip....said it was his favor. We felt like really welcomed guests and will stay there again

Spacious and Clean rooms. New location.

Reception staff was very friendly, cleaners also, rooms were very tidy and clean, breakfast amazing with lots of healthy and non healthy choices! Everything was perfect. 9/10 thanks!

This hotel was in the best location in the city and was right next to the river and bridge. The amenities and room was great. I would recommend this hotel!

Very nicely remodeled building. Breakfast space was very warm and welcoming. Breakfast was great. Rooms were large and bathrooms were exceptional. Only negative comment was the pool/spa area didn't offer much seating or hooks for towels and robes. The floor in the spa area is also very slippery. And there is a sauna but no steam room.

Convenient location, good service and SPA,excellent restaurant with live music and a big choice of dishes and wines. The hotel located in the Margit island, very close to the center and main point of views. Excellent place with a big park and view, good SPA with 4 hot springs pools and saunas, medical center with different medical services. There is excellent restaurant with live classical music, and very tasty food with big choice of dishes and wines.

This place is awesome, the hotel is beautiful and their breakfast is incredible! My husband and I looked forward to breakfast every morning. When I left the hotel in a rush; I realized I lost my ipad at the airport, I called the hotel, they found my ipad in the room and had it shipped to me. Totally trust the staff there and will stay again…

Nice hotel. Clean and nice location. Reception staff were wonderful but many of the staff in restaurant lounge and buffet were rude and short; almost annoyed you were bothering them. Everything about this hotel was WONDERFUL! I chose it based on the decor and it exceeded expectations. Every detail was intentional and the layering of patterns and textures spoke to the culture and traditions of the region. The attendants who took our luggage were dressed in red suits and a pill box hat recalling luxury travel on the Orient Express.
