"A fresh unused roll of tissue would be nice, for two guest, towels for more than one shower ,coffee pot and skillet . I bought a skillet only to be told it want work with the stove top. A full ironing board and not a desk top board."

"New hotel. First the good. The rooms are huge. In fact we had two rooms. I would give it a 6 out of 5 for that. Staff were friendly. They have a handy laundry room if you are travelling and want to wash clothes. Unfortunately you will need to download an app to use it. But new as as the hotel is it does not appear that they are maintaining it. We stayed for four nights. The bathrooms downstairs by the breakfast area were "out of order" the entire time. The bathroom was roomy but the hot water was hit and miss. Some times coming on right away, Sometimes taking 5 minutes to kick in, Sometimes cutting off mid shower. And the window blinds are remote controlled. Except the control in the front room didn't work. I turned it in and they never fixed it. Instead they gave me 3 binder clips to attach the curtains. The Hot breakfast was not hot because the heating pans don't appear to work. One morning the coffee was very weak. And one evening we came back from being out and our door was not closed. Fortuntately nothing was taken. Great location, Good price. Nice Staff. But they need to clean up their act."

"I loved the pool and the staff was lovely. I do think the grounds need bit of TLC and outdoor furniture some could do with been updated . The entrainment could do with little improvement too. I think also having to pay daily to park isn’t good. I paid lot of money to stay at the hotel for the week yet had to pay also to park."

"Pros…comfy bed, pretty clean, helpful staff with barking dogs. Cons…smells like cigarette smoke from the back door to the room. The room wreaked of smoke. The tub floor was gross. The shower knob would stay on luke warm or fall to scalding hot. The TV remote didn’t work well. Animals accepted."

"There were multiple issues with this property... From the moment we arrived, there were 5 police officers and animal control blocking the drop off zone due to "someone having a cat that they weren't supposed to, so they had it removed" though they also looked through the windows of a car in the lot... As for the property itself: 1. There are 3 elevators, but only 1 works and it takes at least 5 minutes for it to arrive when you push the button... When it did, the hand rails inside were busted and there was a patch on the wall. 2. There was a used contact lense on the floor of our room, dirt and wrapper from trash that wasn't ours. We do not wear contacts and hadn't opened food. 3. The bathroom floor did not appear to be mopped 4. Hand Towels had stains on them 5. AC did not cool the room. We turned it to 60 degrees at 3pm and returned at about 1030pm and still had no change. Our infant was sweating even when I undressed and couldn't sleep for hours. We ended up having to get portable fans from our car to be able to sleep . 6. There are no amenities other than the pool (which we did not use so I can't speak to it) 7. Safety is a 0- it's in a sketchy area, and even though security is in the parking lot at all times, the fact that they just text a QR code as the key, and the doors have no deadbolts or chains is a problem. They only have the flip out metal lock. Not returning. Do not recommend. "

"I liked the breakfast the most. My first night I found a roach in the room. Terrible maid service. During my three days no maid service. I had no clean towels nor did my trash get emptied during my stay. Another issue I had was one staff person failed to change the printer cartridge after I had asked for assistance. Below average rating accept for breakfast, parking and security."
