"The property and amenities are good. Very family friendly. A key area for improvement is the restaurant - organisation of staff, timeliness and sequencing of food delivery. It was very busy during our stay, the dining experience could not cope with the volume of people."

"Wonderful stay"

"Wonderful stay and Food is extremely good"

"Overall, I had a good experience during my stay. The room cleaning was excellent, and all the staff were very friendly and helpful. However, the hot water supply was a issue in our room and also water drain in basin also a problem unfortunately, I never really had the opportunity to enjoy a comfortable shower during my stay. I would especially like to appreciate the swimming pool staff member, who was extremely helpful and kind. He helped my daughter when she got stuck inside, and I truly...

"Grymt hotell, vi hade gärna kommit tillbaka! Rummen var helt magiska och maten var riktigt god. Gymmet var nytt och poolen kändes ren."

"The room was so humid that the floor was all wet by morning. I informed staff multiple times but they just asked to keep AC on all night. But it was on all the time. It was not addressed and I nearly slipped twice. The mirror light wasn’t working and wasn’t fixed for 5 days straight. Property has a private beach which is cleaned & maintained regularly - it was a bliss walking on the shore every evening away from the main city. The staff at seagull is very friendly, esp Siva who went out of his...

"We thoroughly enjoyed our stay, the staff were excellent, special thanks to the pool guy and the restaurant staff for their care and attention. Our room was spacious and spotless when we arrived with a lovely shaded balcony. Great pool, partially shaded with loungers available for relaxing afternoons out of the heat. Thanks for a great stay"

"Needs to have Better Customer Service. Couldn’t check in. Had 3 rooms but in 2 different floors. Rooms and Hallways need to be cleaner. Restaurant is open only during the Breakfast, Lunch hours but room service was available with limited Menu items"

"Nice location, maintained & polite staff! All good for this property! ...and good food too!!"

"oui négligè et draps sales .."

"The beach location was fantastic. The staff from management to porters were attentive and welcoming."

"Very good beach resort and budget friendly, Nice food!"

"We had a very nice stay at Hotel Montecarlo. The manager, Vishnu, made sure that we had everything we needed. We were upgraded to the presidential suite, which was very spacious. A large sitting room contained a couch and two love seats and a tv and refrigerator. The bedroom also included a tv and small table with two chairs. The bathroom was spacious with both a shower and tub. The pool was very nice in the garden outside. We were taken care of at this hotel and would happily return."

"Newly remodeled, clean and close to shopping, good restaurants and the beach. If you can't find a light switch look behind the furniture."

"Thanks for Stay, would recommend. Close to everything"

"Very friendly, helpful and amazing staff. Great shower, AC, TV and comfortable bed. The location was just perfect. All the sights were within walking distance. Really enjoyed my stay 👌🙏😊"
