"Mostly very clean, except sliding glass doors. Would have cleaned myself but no cleaning materials on site. Wanted to love this place. We have stayed in other units but were delighted to find a first floor unit. The good: well equipped, comfortable, plenty of towels, and beach stuff. Nice patio area. The bad: communication was awful. Don't know if the problem is with the owner or RedAwning. "I am grateful that this was available for a "late" booking. We were provided everything that we needed, and then some, for a much needed vacation, away from downtown at a great price. Communication was great when an issue arose, that had an quick and easy resolution. Although the other rooms were also booked, everyone was respectful of posted quiet hours and all of the available parking spaces available. I hope to return and get one of the spaces with the ocean views!!!"

"Everything here is top tier. This was my second time visiting the property and this time it was with my parents to celebrate my dad’s birthday. The pools and the gym facilities are among the many exceptional features on this property. If you’re like me and like to incorporate some fitness during your getaway, this is the place. Breakfast buffet at Ulu was always something to look forward to and their dinner service was amazing as well. Thank you to all staff who made this a very memorable experience for my parents and I. And a very special thank you to the resort manager, Chad, who personally came by at dinner to say hello, chat briefly, and wish my dad a happy birthday. All class. Can’t wait for our return!"

"The description for this place was quite misleading. We were lead to believe that we were renting a small house with a small kitchen but when we arrived it was a large house split into 5 different sections, all with their own renters. The “kitchen” was a microwave, mini fridge and a hot plate with only a pot. There was also no ac and it was miserably hot/humid in our section. The walls were very thin and you could hear the other people in their room and the porch was only divided by a fence and you could see/hear the other rooms. The listing says there’s a washer/dryer but you have to pay to use it and it’s not in the unit. The host was nice and easy to work with but overall I would not recommend this place."

"This property was perfect. Everything was clean and we had just what we needed. The most amazing part was the large porch/deck where we relaxed and played card games. Beautiful view!!!Check-in super easy. Excellent communication from host. Super comfortable beds. Everything clean.I only have one suggestion and this is an easy fix and is not meant to be negative at all. The shower could use a mat, something grippy because the bath tub was extremely slippery. We ended up laying out a hand towel to stand on to prevent falling. Wonderful stay and would highly recommend!"

"The cottage was very clean and supplied with the necessary amenities. The location of the cottage is in a fairly quiet neighborhood. Outside at night the Coqui frogs can be a little noisy but once you go inside they can barely be heard. Shopping centers and restaurants are 10 to 30 minutes away."

"The house was above expectations. Our extended family really enjoyed the property. The house was clean, well kept, and very comfortable. The pool and lanai were a great addition. We spent lots of time together by the pool. The host was attentive and very responsive. Great communication. Great location near the airport. Will definitely stay here again. "
