We have stayed in other units but were delighted to find a first floor unit. The good: well equipped, comfortable, plenty of towels, and beach stuff. Nice patio area. "This is an exceptional property, large, expansive and beautifully integrated into the landscape. The staff is exceptional and will impress you from the moment of your arrival. The rooms are nicely decorated in an authentic, local character. We only dined at one restaurant, ULU, and it was excellent. This experience was first class all the way."

"a better description about the two showers would have been helpful-one shower is indoor and the other shower is outdoor. thankfully many of us didn't mind using the outdoor showeralso, it might be nice to know that the only walls that are floor to ceiling are those in the bathroom/toilet area (it's hard to tell by the pictures that the bedroom walls don't go to the ceiling)some notes for the owner-you may want to supply face towels (there were only bath and hand towels), the blankets smelled musty (even after washing and using dryer sheets), several of the screens need repair (holes where mosquitoes/bugs get in), the sliding screen doors don't match up well so mosquitoes/bugs get in, we found two centipedes inside the house. i realize we are in hawaii where insects are abundant however any measures to limit critters inside would be nice."

"I am grateful that this was available for a "late" booking. We were provided everything that we needed, and then some, for a much needed vacation, away from downtown at a great price. Communication was great when an issue arose, that had an quick and easy resolution. Although the other rooms were also booked, everyone was respectful of posted quiet hours and all of the available parking spaces available. I hope to return and get one of the spaces with the ocean views!!!"
