"It was pretty hot when we were there and there was only Aircon in the living room and not the bedroom, which wasn't ideal. There are no shutters on the windows, only thin blinds and curtains so we struggled to keep the apartmemt cool. We had one fan and asked for another but it never came. The balcony is also in full sun all afternoon with no shade so was too hot out there to use until the sun went down. The kitchen was ok but only a 2 ring hob so not great for any real cooking. "Our stay was very memorable. From the moment we first arrived to our last day we were treated with excellent customer service. Lena and Maria in reception we’re very helpful planning our days. The room was on the 6th floor and we shared the roof top terrace with 7 other rooms. Sophia our daily housekeeper kept our room clean and spotless great job. Breakfast was very good European style. We would go back in a heartbeat and we highly recommend the hotel to all. "

"Grundsätzlich alles gut. Was etwas enttäuschend war: Das Frühstücksbuffet kann so keine Auszeichnung gewinnen. Für ein Hotel dieser Klasse hätte ich etwas mehr erwartet. Dass wir kein warm Wasser zum Duschen hatten, war auch ungünstig… Das Casino war zunächst etwas speziell, aber wir gingen mit Plus raus, daher okay:-))"
