"Access to the mall is the only plus. Furnishings in the rooms are outdated and dirty. I never sat in a sofa before that has no back cushions to support you. No convenient electrical outlets to plug electronics or bedside medical devices like CPAP. Breakfast is same old average tasting buffet. No parking. You may get locked out if you are a late night player. Turns absolutely dark at night even the walkways and stairwells to the rooms, so keep a flashlight on hand.

"We had to change our room multiple times over a 2 night stay. The bedding had stains & the rooms were not clean. Marks on the walls to unwashed floors. We asked to get a refund, so we could leave the hotel & got promised the Presidential Suit, although it was bigger, all the same issues persisted.
The WiFi was intermittent & slow.

"First of all the property is not on road side, you have to climb down so many stairs to reach to the hotel. Rooms gates and windows are not properly sealed gusty chilly wind passes through slits that makes room super chilly and leaves your blanket and bed in freezing condition. On above that they charge 300 rupees extra per day to provide room heater. Super inconvenient."
