The host never replied to any messages.In spite of repeated confirmations by Vrbo of the property booking, when I turned up at the property it was not available and was occupied. No information was given to me in advance."

Yesterday coming home to an overflow that could potentially have been running for several hours, isn’t a responsibility we want to carry.I would appreciate receiving a refund for the unused days, as we have had to check into an alternate accommodation.
