"This Hotel was very cute and such a great idea for an eco friendly place! Small with its quirks (bunk bed style a bit difficult to climb, auto water buttons that you push in shared baths every min or so while showering, and no give in a late checkout) but such great staff, helpfulness on letting us hang out before our midnight flight! Luggage stow and getting to take that shower before the flight was a bonus! Cafe food was great and top floor bar sunset view was amazing! Count on spending for taxi to/from.. And just a bit expensive, but we found that to be true in these islands. Great local food trucks were available for dinner near by! I only give it 4 stars due to shared bathroom floor cleanliness as the women’s, unfortunately, had feces smeared for quite some time :("

"We enjoyed our stay overall, especially the beautiful exterior. The pool and views were wonderful, and the outdoor furniture and space were excellent.However, there were several issues that affected our stay. Communication was slow, especially when we first arrived and could not locate the house. I messaged twice through two different threads, asked for an ASAP response, and provided my phone number, but it took 10 minutes to receive a response.Toilet paper was listed as an amenity, but when we were running low, we were told to purchase more ourselves because consumables were not included. Since toilet paper was listed, this was disappointing and confusing.There were also only two bath towels and two beach towels for four adults, despite bath towels and beach towels being listed as provided. We also had an ongoing ant problem and had to spray multiple times.The interior of the home is quite dated and needs some updating. The large tub in the master bathroom was peeling badly, so it was not really usable as a bathtub.The outdoor areas, pool, views, and furniture were definitely the highlights of the property. With better communication, adequate towels and supplies, pest control, and some interior updates, the stay could be much more enjoyable."

"Lovely clean room kept spotlessly clean and equipped Pool was huge and great with nice service for drinks and snacks. The restaurants were a bit hit or miss for dinner.. San was really good but the Taitea Brasserie was mediocre. A good hotel in French Polynesia should be able to do much better. We didn’t have breakfast in the hotel, firstly because of the prices, and secondly because the hotel is connected to a shopping centre with great local cafes and a Carrefour supermarket."
