"The room was dirty with missing tiles in the bathroom. There was bubbling paint peaking on the walls. When I booked through Hotels.com I was charged $300 for the night. Last night I checked Comfort Suites website and the same room was going for $154. Not sure why the discrepancy. I will never use Hotels.com again and I’m not likely to stay at this comfort suites again. "

"Yes was quite satisfied with Breakfast & parking. Hotel is clean & well maintained. Rm very relaxing- very professional atmosphere.... Staff at Hyatt place is perhaps their strongest point! As they are much more down to earth then in other Hotel's we have staid at. My Mother & are quite happy with the way were treated at the Hyatt place! We give them a 93% out of a 100! We recommend the Hyatt place in Uncasville Conn. for anyone looking to have a down to earth relaxing get away! "

"Completely dirty, stains on towels, stains on blankets, stains on the walls, holes, bad smells, leaking elevator ceiling when it rained, service was slow, everything was just terrible. When I came in to check in, no one was at the desk for a whole hour. Do not come here."
