They gave me an adapter that didn't work in all the sockets. The usb charger was broken. Otherwise clean. More of a self-service hotel. Adequate, but not great."

"Very convenient for an overnight at Heathrow. I checked in just before midnight, and was out first thing in the morning. A very restful way to spend a long layover. Very comfortable bed. I was out the door of my room and through security in about half an hour. I did not try the breakfast as I had lounge access, and ate there."
