"Clean room, big comfy bed. TV was annoyingly glitchy to the point of being unwatchable. Only one lift was working. Kettle was nowhere near a plug, had to boil water halfway across the room and carry it to the tea station. The bedside charger ports didn't work. Room service was good and staff helpful."

Normal hotels have a person helping you check in, village uses a poorly implemented application that requires override by the staff. We had two rooms and guess expectations were that we do the check in forms twice. Suggest looking at digital check in applications that can be done...
