"Arrived at the hotel 10 mins before check in time and was told we had to pay £10 or wait.The girl on the reception then explained we had not been allocated a room as the people on night shift hadn't done it. No clue why she needed to tell us this... We waited 10 mins and when we checked in the receptionist then advised us to let her know if she had left anything out when getting our room ready... It seems she gets rooms ready, serves in the bar and much more. Needless to say we didn't eat or...

"The refurbishment by the new owners is complete and has been very well done. We have stayed both before (comfy, convenient but run down) and after, this is our second time with the new owners. Now very comfortable and a pleasure to stay. Excellent location for Bray eateries and lovely spot on the river. Garden down to the river is particularly nice on a good day with nice outdoor seating. Perfect all round and well done the young staff."

"The property is lovely for families. We had 15 in our party for our Wedding Celebrations.We chose this house for its facilities and because, our family members were flying into Heathrow and driving down from the Midlands.We played Football, Tennis Basketball and Hide and.seek on our first night. We prepared and, ate a meal at the table. The beds were very, very comfortable. On Saturday we went into Maidenhead.for.the Wedding Ceremony but spent the afternoon eating, relaxing in the garden, the pool and playing a rather competetive game.of football. Dominoes supplied our evening meal so haapy kids.More relaxing on Sunday with family departing but, all so happy to meet up in such a wonderful setting. Even the weather was wonderful. The house, the garden, and the wonderful facilities will become part of the family folklore for all the right reasons"

"We stayed at this location because it was central to a couple of attractions we wanted to tour. We arrived at the maidenhead train station and had a bit of walk to the store to get the key and then another 18 minutes walk to the apartment. We found using the Taplow station easier to use. The distance between the key pick up location was inconvenient. The apartment was very nice. The kitchen was well equipped and we appreciated all the charging options. Everything worked well "
