"It’s a little bit dated in some parts. The rooms could do with a modern upgrade, digital TVs with Netflix and YouTube streaming for example. The showers were really poor in water power and dribbled. The pillows were pretty flat and not too comfortable. But the staff were lovely and helpful. The breakfast was plentiful and tasty but that toaster was screeching in the background and made it uncomfortable to remain too long in the dining area."

"The property was easily accessible from the road and there's loads of parking available. Pretty handy when you can park your car right infront of your room. The staff were very helpful and provided useful information. The room , bed and amenities were clean and modern. Love how they've stocked up the fridge with breakfast. Loads of cereals available, good selection of coffee and tea and even thought of juice, yoghurt & milk. This here is a gem . Towels were provided, shampoo, conditioner shower gel . Why chose anywhere else when what you need for a night or longer is right here. I didn't get to eat at the pub but from what i heard , their food is delicious. I'll definitely be back. "

"Was basic but clean. Busy in public areas. Room service was slow and food cold when it arrived. Room are not well soundproof I could hear the man in the room next door talking on his phone! "

"Was informed on check-in that food in the restaurant was being served until 21.30, came down at 20.30 to be informed that the kitchen was closed and but luckily there was a 24hr menu available, so ordered off that, starter I found to be very poor as it was pate which was probably the smallest piece of pate i have ever seen and would only just cover the toast provided, the rest of the plate was just filled with lettuce to make it look a lot. The lady who eventually served was helpful in find the night time menu and took my order and opened up a tab on my room, but when I went up to the bar again to order another drink was then informed that I should have pre-authorised a credit card to be able to order food on the room, again was not informed this upon check in or when ordered the food initially. Whilst eating my food also the staff was moving furniture around and setting up the hoover for cleaning which was very off putting tbh. I also found the bed to be to soft and did not sleep very well. The Hot water pressure was also very low and therefore the shower was more of a trickle than a shower."

"Hotel rooms were clean and a good size, but the bath was a little on the short side. Free parking even on the day you book out which was a plus. The staff on all days were very friendly and helpful. Having the Costa, MC Donald's etc on site was great too"
