"We have had a fabulous week in the lodge. Stacy was there to meet us and was on hand if we need anything. The lodge was clean and spacious and well equipped with everything we needed, in a perfect location. We loved listening to the lions too and hope to come back soon!"

"What a fantastic stay. We chose this property as we needed to vacate our home whilst work was being done, but it ended up so much more than just a place to lay our heads. The location, near the main road was ideal, but actually very quiet, as it was set down a hill. Pauline, the owner, couldn't have been more accomodating, finding extra parking for us and sorting out things very quickly. The location was brilliant, especially for our 2 dogs who loved the peaceful walks in the near vacinity"

"It was a lovely hotel. The staff were really helpful and friendly. The down side it was a bit tired, I was in room 226 and the plug was rusted, bath stained but clean if that makes sense. The tables at dinner time were still full of glasses and plates from previous diners but that’s it, not a massive massive deal but more of a get that right and 5 star all the way. Would definitely stay again though. I didn’t use any of the facilities "

Fantastic country pub

"This is an excellent pub. The service was exceptional, the food was very good and the ambience and atmosphere fantastic. This is a characterful old building with lots of books and crannies. Good beer too. The accommodation is good - a little like motel accommodation at the back of the pub in separate purpose-built buildings. It was comfortable and suited our needs well. Would definitely return. "

"Lovely Hotel and the staff were extremely helpful and polite. Plenty going on, lots to do or if you just want to relax wonderful restful location on the golf course with wonderful nature all about. Really enjoyed our two night experience."

The Stable Courtyard Bedrooms at Leeds Castle

5/5 Excellent

"We stayed in the Shannon room which was clean spacious and characterful. It was just over the courtyard from the restaurant which was very convenient. The restaurant was great with delicious food and the view was superb. The restaurant manager on when we dined was called Will and he was excellent. We were very well attended to and he was super friendly helpful and professional. Overall a very enjoyable stay indeed. "

Ab Fab

"Gorgeous property. Excellent hosts, accommodating, friendly. Hot tub was loved by adults and kids. Garden was enough and furniture was plenty for our group of 8. Everything you would need in The kitchen Bedrooms spacious. Decorated to high standard. Absolutely fabulous stay. "

"Unfortunately the dining facilities were limited at the time of our stay. The only places available in the immediate vicinity of the hotel were McDonald’s and Subway and a Marks & Spencer’s food outlet. So we had to make do with a sandwich for breakfast. However, on the plus side, the staff at the hotel were lovely and the Receptionist, Kerry, was excellent. "

"Lovely one night stay at the Great Danes Hotel. Room very comfortable and lovely breakfast. Staff were excellent, all very helpful. Conditon of hotel looked slightly worn, but good place to stay overall."
