Looked like it was newly decorated and tastefully done. Large, well equipped kitchen with easy to operate appliances. Great shower and big, fluffy towels. We had everything we could have wanted. "As a fellow beach condo renter, I know there is not much you can do (besides contact every government official who represents you) about the neighborhood - but the homeless encampments from just past Ko’Olina to Makaha were appalling. I felt safe in the building and on the beach, but worrying about theft on my vacation should not be a priority.
