"This is a wonderfully cozy place to stay right on the water. Though it's just of route 6, its quiet. I enjoyed several day with my seven-year old dog. The only complaint I had was the weak wifi. It would have been good to know ahead of time that it's that weak on the water. Otherwise, this is a wonderful place to relax."

"Ron made the entire process very easy and was great to deal with! He was very accommodating for everything and goes out of his way to make your stay as enjoyable as possible! According to previous reviews, this place was not the greatest in the past. Ron recently purchased this property and has been doing extensive renovations to the entire place and really turning things around! I think that in a little more time and a few more renovations, things will be even better!"

"Lovely setting for a small cluster of traditional cape cod cottages. Interior needs some updates but deck is nice, setting is great, they allow dogs, and we enjoyed using the kayaks and dock. Mgmt was very responsive. "
