"Ron made the entire process very easy and was great to deal with! He was very accommodating for everything and goes out of his way to make your stay as enjoyable as possible! According to previous reviews, this place was not the greatest in the past. Ron recently purchased this property and has been doing extensive renovations to the entire place and really turning things around! I think that in a little more time and a few more renovations, things will be even better!"

"I don't like writing negative reviews, but I have no choice here. We were amazed to find the queen bed in bedroom 1 was just a mattress on the floor! The price of this uniit is more for 4 nights than we'll be paying for a month Key Largo this winter!There were lots of bath/beach towels, but only one hand towel and one dish towel. No washcloths. The deck needed to be swept free of pitchy pine needles. Two mops in the unit, but no broom. The kitchen trash can was on the deck with no trash bags...
