This was an excellent hotel. Super convenient right in the middle of town, clean, huge rooms, historic, and comfortable, I would love to stay here again I would recommend it to anyone!

The hotel is charming in the heart of Pittsfield. The rooms were large and clean. It’s a great boutique hotel with 35 rooms. There is a restaurant attached to the hotel that had great food and drinks! Will definitely be back.

This hotel was a pleasant surprise - we booked it on route to Pittsfield to see my mom who had been admitted to the hospital there. It was very affordable for a midweek stay, and it is a unique, renovated building that was clean and quiet and comfortable. Free parking in a dedicated lot (secured in the overnight hours) behind the hotel was great too. Loved the shower!

The staff were ready, willing and eager to be helpful. Very seamless check in and check out experience. Cute place with a games room on the 2nd floor atrium which was unique and fun. This is a converted warehouse space, so you will hear creaks and people walking around from time to time (I live in a converted factory, so I find this familiar and part of its charm), although the hotel was overall VERY quiet. I would definitely stay here again.

Aside from minor housekeeping issues like tissues and body wash ruining out, stay was great. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Hotel is well maintained and updated. Good central location in Pittsfield with lots of good restaurants and shops within walking distance.
