"We arrived at 2:15 (check in is 4), and were told about an hour your room would be ready. We were planning on going to lunch anyway. Returned around 3:30 and were told room was not ready. It would be ready soon. (No time given). It’s now after 4 and STILL no room. When we finally checked in, the room was on the 4th floor when I was told it would be 6th floor. The room we got had horrible views. Rooftops. Extremely disappointed as I am a Bonvoy member also. "

"The rooms were partially cleaned. The floor in the shower was dirty and the floor area the toilet and sink had mold. It would have also been great to have a sharps container available for a diabetic patron. I also think having a $27.62 resort fee and having it as a $25 towards food or drinks on the property was a little more a way to get more money out of you than you planned. Breakfast shouldn’t cost over $50 for two people. This place was a one time only and never again. "
