"Requested a non smoking room. Room had a strong smoke odor. Stayed in the jacuzzi tub king room. THE FLOORS WERE atrocious. Walk around and your feet turn black automatically. Definitely need to take a mop to the floors. Pillows lumpy and bed was hard as a rock. Only good thing was the shower pressure however the shower curtain had mold at the bottom. Look elsewhere for your money…."

"The ironing board was broken. I asked for towels and they never came until I went out for the day and came back. First day there for breakfast was Saturday morning. We went down an hour before it was supposed to be over and there was nothing there but sausage patties and waffles. Everything was pretty much empty. It was like they closed or just stopped preparing anymore food for that day. We just went out to eat. The attendant was very nice older African American man and was very apologetic. He seemed as if he was truly sorry and wished he could have changed it. Not my usual experience at all staying at a Hampton Inn. I was not pleased but made the best of it. I learned later in my stay that they are short staffed. That needs to be addressed to prevent tarnishing the reputation of the hotel. I'm not saying I won't stay again but it was definitely not the same. The front staff some were pleasant others looked at you like they had an attitude because you had a complaint. "

"The first room they gave me smelled awful. I went and asked for another room and that room was much better but the mattresses on the beds were very squeaky. They need to be replaced"

"I had to leave and book at another hotel.. This is a drug infested are and the condition of the room was not what was advertised, tiles coming down in the bathroom above the tub, no coffee maker or other amenities as described, stains on the bedding and rug. Furniture was peeling, damaged and falling apart. and very distributive with the construction in the room next to mine..I left the key to room on the tv desk and left immediately. "
