The apartment is fully accessible. Since it is located on an elevated level, you must climb 115 stairs to reach the apartment.

There is a supermarket near the apartment, and the beach is easily accessible—about a 7-minute walk from the apartment. With advance notice, you can arrange parking for your vehicle at an off-site lot; the cost is not included in the room rate.

Late check-in is available under the following conditions:
From 8:00 PM to 10:00 PM: an additional €15;
From 10:00 PM to 12:00 AM: an additional €20.
