"The room was spotless, lovely and clean, staff were lovely and very helpful I turned up early, told by the reception staff that my room was ready That was great news as I had been up since 03:30 Nicely stocked bar, complementary peanuts Would definitely stay there again Easy walk to the train subway"

"All good, breakfast was 27 euro so we didn't try it. Room was clean, sheets fantastic cotton. Tv only had German speaking channels, and no option for Netflix sign in. Only prob was that we couldn't change the heating / aircon. It was set to 19 degrees, which was fine for day, but too hot for night. Balcony door open gave some relief, but for the noise. Location is great. "

"One of the best hotels I have ever stayed at. The hotel room was really neat and fancy. Staff were kind. The breakfast was great. Nearby places to eat out as well. Has an indoor pool and sauna with a small gym room. "

"If you're accustomed to air conditioning this is not the place for you. We were miserable all night long! Even after the staff were kind enough to switch our room it was still unbearablely hot to us but besides that everything else was good "

"BEWARE IF BOOKING 2+ GUESTS. I booked a multiple bed room (2adults + 2children) On check-in the form I signed showed 2a+2c, he could physically see us- yet we where given a small ONE double bed room. Back down to reception, another room - bigger but still ONE double bed. Down to reception - told the best they could do was 2 seperate rooms, different floors! 6days prior I had emailed - no reply, phoned - no one answers, emailed - no reply then contacted IHG Garner global whats app - said would get back but never did. I wanted to inform them that it was now 1a + 2c and check in would be after 10pm. So one of my kids had to sleep in the rooms. They didn't care, neither did the IHG whats appt contact. Also one room faced the sun, its was 26-29C during the day - the aircon didn't work when I asked down at reception, I was told it wasn't on as out of season, ended up sleeping with duvet cover"

"I reached out to the hotel both by email and phone before my stay to confirm that the air conditioning was working, and I was assured that it was. Unfortunately, when I arrived, not only was the AC not functioning properly, but it was also extremely loud. To make matters worse, the pool was closed as well. This was very disappointing, especially since I relied on the information provided before booking. I felt misled. I would not recommend staying here unless you’re comfortable dealing with uncomfortable room conditions."
