"I really wanted to give this place high reviews, but unfortunately the great pluses this property has (amazing location right on the water and views) are negated by an overzelous and controling owner. Prepared to be scolded, warned and admonished for many things a paying costumer would not in other stablishments. I.e. do not take the kayak out in the beautiful bay because it could be damaged by the coral..are u serious? Why have a kayak on the property if it cant be used. Or, dont leave the AC running or the lights on when you leave because it is very expensive (are u kidding me? I am a mature person who manage a budget of over $50M and have delivered many large construction projects and you are treating me like a 5 yr old?). This is a nice property and the owner tries to be nice, but from the hospitality biz perspective, its management needs a whole diffrent perspective. Moorea is an amazing, fantastic, laid back place. One shouldnt go there and pay good money to be treated like misbehaved kid."

"What an amazing stay with the best hosts!! Thank you Elizabeth and Mikel. What a lovely welcoming to a cozy place right on the beach. Highly recommend staying here and will definitely return. They provided us with welcome beverages and then some homemade yummy breads. Gave us some helpful info on things to do around the island and their two dogs were the sweetest, Mingee and Joy. They came along our strolls on the beach and made us feel at home. Everything was perfect and made our first experience on Moorea one to remember. "The staff was terrific, friendly and helpful."

"The pool was lovely, we were in it every day, as well as the ocean. The air conditioning in the bed rooms worked very well, but not as efficient in the main living area. Two issues were something was living in the kitchen and we had multiple power outages even when following their guidelines. We loved the outdoor area, BBQ and closeness to grocery store and restaurants. "

"The house was amazing! Nightly shark parades past the dock, amazing snorkeling just off the beach, great location and everything we needed for our large group. Can not say enough wonderful things about this place. My only complaint is that we have to leave. Monique and Aidan were fantastic hosts!!"
