"Excellent staff from front desk to maintenance, housekeeping & security. The absolute best rates around ! The bugs have been showing up our last two visits. The room entrance doors are secure but all of them are “loose”, meaning theres almost a gap and doors do not shut all the way. We had to change rooms due to the a/c unit leaking on interior of our room… however as soon as we made front desk aware, maintenance was knocking on our door to resolve the issue !"

"This is the second time we have stayed with Denise and this time we got a chance to use her spa pool in the backyard and it was wonderful. My grandson really had fun. Denise helped us roll the cover back which was a little heavy. Her beds in the house are some of the most comfortable beds I've ever slept on. The only issue we had was the bathroom door is on a barn door setup and it doesn't like to stay open when not in use and we had to use a washcloth to keep it open. We definitely plan to stay again."

"So they do have ice however, whenever you go to ask the front desk or they give you literally like 10 pieces of ice and don’t fill your bucket up all the way. It’s the perfect for a construction worker or if you’re not really looking for anything super nice but the property could definitely use some upgrades and some tender love and care or even just some basic cleaning. The room was OK, but there was definitely visual evidence from the person that stayed before me. Like the shower wasn’t cleaned properly. You could still see where the last person had their soap and things.. The sink wasn’t wiped down. You could still see water spots everywhere from that and the floor definitely could’ve used a good sweep. It wasn’t bad but it was like staying at your dirty friends house and the moment you get home you just wanna take a shower. The staff was really amazing. I really can’t complain about that check in was easy."

"This property was a great stay and close to the venue to include restaurants and shopping. The price was competitive and enjoyed the additional games especially pool table. Of course nothing is perfect, need more washcloths although some guests bring their own so no big deal and doesn't affect my excellent review."
