"The location was centrally located for the Disney parks. There was a subway, Wendy’s, McDonald’s and Chik-fil-a within walking distance. The pool and hot tub were clean and warm. The drink/snack shack was a nice surprise. View from the room was awesome. Needs improvement- only 4 bath towels and 2 pool towels were provided. Our family of 4 had to buy 2 beach towels and wash towels every other day. The kitchen was sparse, no kitchen towels or even hot pads so cooking was a struggle. The place was...

Gary was an excellent communicator, making check-in and check-out as smooth as possible. He even took care of ordering and having a stroller delivered for the week. The kids loved the convenience of the pool and arcade right next door. We would absolutely stay here again!"

"This property was perfect for my family of four’s stay in Orlando. It is conveniently located for Universal Studios being only about a 5-10 minute ride away. Everything inside of the apartment was as it appeared on the website. It was nice having a full size refrigerator, air fryer in the microwave and small burners to do some light cooking in the apartment. There were lots of great restaurants within a short walk and even more within a short drive. Great shopping near by too!"

"We came to spend the week at Universal studios & this location is very close to the perks(less than 10 minutes without traffic). There’s a Publix and food options within walking distance as well as a Walgreens & Chick-fil-A down the road. The unit was exactly as pictured, beds were soft but not too soft & the kitchen fully stocked(they even had a Keurig & a blender). The rooms and bathrooms are HUGE, definitely a pleasant surprise. "We couldn't have been happier with this property! Location was just two minutes from the convention center, so back and forth over both days was super quick. The property itself was SUPER quiet, we rarely saw other people. Parking was never an issue. Bed was more comfortable that mine at home. Would absolutely stay here again!"

"We received from the bellboy the wrong information about the shuttle time and the logistic on how to get to our terminal. We had to wait almos 45 minutes for a shuttle. Nobody helped us with our luggage. Also he told us that someone was going to call us early to wake us up but nobody did it. Our flight was very early. Please make sure all the employees have the right information for guests. Thanks "

"My family enjoys staying here family friendly accessible to Disney World. I loved the pool area and our room had balconyon pool side which was nice. Everything was great. I do not recommend the Applebee's that's connected to the hotel terrible. The mall outlet is close by. For souvenirs or stuff you want for Disney, check out the walmarts before you go spend money elsewhere."
