"Stayed for one night with my wife and I can’t say we will be back. There was trash and dirty plates just left out in the hallways outside rooms. Most of our outlets did not even work in the room. The Starbucks line was extremely slow despite a plethora of workers. The staff was super friendly at least and everyone seemed to be enjoying the pools but were crossing this one off as “don’t need to return.”"

"It was not a great property promised a 4pm check in and didn’t get my room until 5pm. The whole place smelled like weed and and was sketchy. The parking lot was as scary."

"I really enjoyed the property my mom used to work at Westgate lake resorts and I used to drop her off and pick her up but I never stayed on the property well she died in 2015 so my recent stay was very nostalgic for me I thought about her the entire time I enjoyed the room so much I didn't go anywhere"

"The reception was polite and the service was okay, but the room was not completely clean. When we asked them to send housekeeping to clean it, they didn’t actually clean the room; they only made the bed. We also ran out of toilet paper because it wasn’t replaced, and when we tried to contact the reception several times to request more, it was difficult to reach them."
