"I used three different room type and I liked all. Most of all, it has all I needed for simple stay, e.g. coffee, two stove tops, utensils, convenient store having many meal kits, other small grocery stores within the block, all coffee shops, restaurants for a quick bite or good food, etc. Great plus is the Daehwa Station for Line 3 subway is right on the block. "Nice mid range hotel, clean, friendly staff. Fast and smooth check in and out process. Our room was a bit of a squeeze for three people, but sufficient for the five nights we stayed. Good size bathroom with nice anenities. Good location to walk to Gwanghwamun Square, Myeongdong and Cheonggyecheon Stream, also close to several metro stations and an airport limousine stop. Good base to explore Seoul."

"It was a good experience overall but there were some inconsistencies from housekeeper. They took our bathrobes and never gave us replacements right after the first and second day of our stay. They also didnt provide trash bags for the garbages in the bathroom and kitchen except for the first time which feels strange for a 5 star hotel but overall, I am thankful for the job they did helping us clean up the room and there were no other qualms besides that. The washer dryer combo was terrible though and I do not recommend using it unless you plan on being there when it finishes because your clothes will just be a soaking wet mess after the “dry cycle.”"
