"나는 이곳이 바가모요라고 호텔스 닷컴에서 알려줘서 예약을 했다. 늦은 오후5시경에 구글맵으로 주변을 아무리 찾아도 지역주민에게 물어도 찾을수가 없어서 로지에 전화를 하니 500여키로 떨어진 아루샤에 위치해 있었다. 바가모요에서는 다른곳에서 자고 삼일후에 아루샤에 가서 푸라하로지에 갔었는데 주인이 인터넷으로 예약한 돈을 받지 못해서 내가 다시 돈을 지불해야 한다고 하였다. 나는 다시 돈을 현금으로 지불하고 머물렀다. 호텔스닷컴에서 위치를 잘못 지정해서 예약한 날짜에 맞춰 도착할수 없었고 로지에 돈을 지불하지 않아 내가 이중으로 지불하였습니다. 이것은 나의 잘못이 아니므로 최소한 내가 이중으로 지불한 금액을 배상해주기 바랍니다. 그리고 푸라하로지에 대한 위치를 빨리 수정하여 나와같이 바가모요에서 당황스러운 상황이 다시 일어나지 않도록 조치하기 바랍니다. "
