"Amazing staff! Everyone was incredibly helpful, kind, and accommodating. I really appreciated the warm Marriott member welcome. The hotel has a lot of history, which gives it wonderful charm. Breakfast was decent, though it could use more variety. Food service was a bit slow, but the staff were so friendly that it hardly mattered. Room bathroom, could use upgrading. The location is excellent, within walking distance of great restaurants and a very cool, trendy nightlife area."

I was so grateful for the wonderful hospitality. The rooms are large, clean, and comfortable. The air conditioning in the room is very strong and effective. There is a common area with comfortable seating and a pretty garden in the shade. The neighborhood is peaceful and quiet and the food/shops are only about a 10 minute walk. I...

"The hotel was all right. Night staff did not speak english, but was eager to accommodate all needs. Day staff speaks pretty good english and they are very nice persons too. For the taxi driver from the airport is was nearly impossible to find the hotel. Soi 19 and 23 is easily found, but the address of the hotel Soi 21 is hidden."

"Obwohl über exedia gebucht und bezahlt, musste ich vor Ort noch mal komplett bar bezahlen. Das Hotel wusste nichts von einer Buchung und Bezahlug. Auch die Hotline bzw der chat mit Expedia war alles andere als hilfreich. Keine Unterstützung, der Chat wurde irgendwann einfach beendet. Mein Resultat daraus: NIE MEHR WIEDER MIT EXPEDIA BUCHEN!!!!!!!"
