"The location is great block away from the beach. I would fire the manager of this hotel and hire someone who knows how to run one. This place is dated I wanted to have dinner there but the dining room have these high lights lit up like some cafeteria with cheap tables who knows the food might be really good terrible bar design and here I'll tell you which beers they have Heineken small bottle yeah that's it. Once again the location is great"

"J'ai passé un excellent séjour à l'Hôtel Mirasol. L'emplacement est très pratique, proche de la plage et du centre. La chambre était d'une propreté irréprochable et la literie très confortable. "Great breakfast options from cured meats to crepes, dips, bread selection. Staff at breakfast could be a little more attentive and show guests to their table. The room's are spacious and bed very comfortable. However, could do with a proper mirror that we could see out of rather than a coloured mirror provided. The bathrooms could do with hooks to hang towels and clothes. Housekeeping team were great! Service, although good, is generally slow. Allow for an extra hour for things to get done. Views are amazing, beautifully maintained lobby. Food at the restaurant for lunch was delicious."

"Suite à une « plainte » d’insatisfaction de notre première nuit , dès le lendemain le personnel nous a transférer de chambre vers une chambre impeccable, propre et à la hauteur de nos attentes. Le service fut rapide et professionnel. Cela fait en sorte que je donne 5 étoiles à tout le personnel ainsi qu’à l’hôtel ! Merci encore"

"The staff were all amazing, very welcoming and professional. The view is stunning, we got upgraded to a sea view suite and balcony was great. They left blankets as it gets a little chilly on early May nights. The breakfast was pleasant, we stayed 2 days and the items were different with great variety, thank you for that. The place is luxurious, but it needs updating specially the towels, they were worn out and didn’t belong to this beautiful place. Also the carpet and couches are outdated. That said the location and staff made it all ok in the end. I would definitely come back because of both. Very grateful for the upgrade and the suite was huge."
