Apartments in Malacca

"The unit was clean, well-maintained, and everything works, except for a soap tray in the bathroom that needs to be tightened to be usable. The rooms were spacious, and place is well located just outside the busy tourist areas, easily accessible. Would appreciate the check-in instructions earlier, like the day before to have time to read through in preparation. Details were given only very close to check-in time, causing much anxiety... stress. On the whole, we enjoyed our stay very much and will...

"It's a very nice stay where it's near to all the amenities. The property is new, clean and the host communication was very clear. I like that they have a karaoke set and mahjong set ready for my family entertainment."

"Stay was ok."

"Satisfied with the booking. Overall good place to stay"

"Very upset with front desk staff not giving proper information about parking. My booking was included free parking but during check in staff was told that no free parking for my booking package and ask to park jockey pay rm50 or open parking per entry RM5… This is unacceptable behaviour of front desk staff who duty.. have no choice, have to park open parking and pay rm5.. then have to walk to hotel room. Luckily no rain that day.."

"Extremely Disappointing Stay – Poor Cleanliness, Unhygienic Rooms, and Bad Experience I had a very disappointing and unpleasant experience staying at Amber Cove Premier Suites Melaka. The overall condition of the accommodation was far below my expectations, and the property failed to provide the basic standards of cleanliness, comfort, and hospitality that any guest deserves. The room was not properly cleaned, and the overall hygiene standards were extremely disappointing. The washroom was...
