The accommodation is located just 10 minutes walk from the historic center, 25 minutes from Malagueta beach (1.5 km approx.) and the marina; in a quiet residential area with all services around. The apartment is very bright, with beautiful unobstructed views and close to public transport.

Fully equipped 1-bedroom apartment: queen size double bed (150), living area with double sofa bed, 32-inch flat-screen Smart TV, fully equipped kitchen (oven, washing machine, dishwasher, microwave, etc.), free high-speed WIFI and wonderful terrace with furniture, also has air conditioning. Full bathroom.

Nearby parking is possible upon request based on availability at a cost of €15/day. Self-check-in system to make arrival easier. Breakfast included for all guests every day!
