Málaga city apartment:
Fantastic apartment renovated with 2 comfortable bedroom , located few minutes by walk from the old town and plaza de la constitución. The place is surrounded by a wide range of shopping, restaurants , bars and you even have the official school for languages just in 5 min from there.

The apartment is light, renovated with modern design. You can appreciate 2 Italian bathrooms and a full equipped kitchen is incorporated to the living room. We provided bed linen and towels . You can enjoy our satellites tv channels along with a fast Wifi connection. Air conditioners throughout the house.

The beach and Marina will take you around 15 minutes of walk.

You are very closed to the core of the city but can enjoy a good tranquility. Check in is done between 3:00 p.m. - 8:00 p.m. as a general rule. If you arrive later than 8:00 p.m. and before 11:59 p.m. we will charge 30 euros. After 11:59 p.m. it will cost 60 euros.

Nice place

Had a great stay Had a little trouble checking in only because I’m not very good with a smart phone. Nice kitchen and the shower is awesome also the bed I got was really nice

Clean, comfortable and modern apartment near the center

My friend and I stayed here for my birthday trip. It is exactly as pictured. Luc, the property manager, was incredibly friendly and showed us all of the ropes and details of the apartment. The beds were comfortable, which is a must when you are on holiday, and the view of the town was breathtaking. We had a rental car and found free parking up across the street about 500 meters away, which was nice.

Two separates travelling together

We really enjoyed our stay at Luc’s apartment. The location was always easy to find and although a little north of old town sleeping was great because it was pretty quiet. The two bedrooms were closely balanced so neither felt bad and the living space was good. Luc was extremely helpful and we really appreciated that he greeted us in person for check in. He ask so arranged for a taxi to pick us up at 3:30 am to take us to the airport upon departure. A great place to stay with east access to everything we needed

El apartamento de Luc es tal como aparece en las fotos. Es amplio y cómodo. Al llegar todo estaba limpio y organizado. No está en el centro de la ciudad entonces hay menos gente, lo que es bueno. Pero hay que caminar alrededor de 15 minutos para llegar a las principales atracciones. Me volvería a quedar allí. Aunque hay que prestar atención a los horarios de check in establecidos por Luc.

Fidèle à la description, l'appartement est très lumineux. Luc est charmant et de très bon conseil. Il faut marcher +/- 15 minutes pour arriver dans le centre ville. Très jolie vue de l'appartement sur l'Alcazaba

Emplacement idéal, appartement idéal.

L’appartement était très bien situé. Un peu à l’extérieur du centre touristique, donc plus tranquille, mais assez près pour se déplacer à pied vers tous les centres d’interêt, musées, monuments, port et plage, commerces de proximité, etc. Nous avons profité à 100 % de Malaga et nous comptons bien y retourner. Petit bémol, le balcon annoncé ne nous permettait pas d’y prendre l’apéro, mais les nombreux bars et cervecerias de la ville nous ont fort bien servi.

Luc es una persona agradable y da recomendaciones referente a la ciudad,muy amable.por poner una pega está un poquito alejado del centro, caminando se tardan quince,veinte minutos pero por lo demás es un piso silencioso y agradable.En la zona se aparca regular hay bastante tráfico y es un poco complicado.

En general, bien. Sin sorpresas, el aire acondicionado funciona bien y las camas son cómodas. Unas toallas más serían útiles, y la ducha en la habitación principal tiene una pequeña fuga de agua, que necesita atención. Luc me respondió rápido cuando tenía preguntas.

El apartamento está muy bien situado. Alejado del mogollón del centro de malaga pero a tiro de piedra andando. Es un vecindario tranquilo y sin ruidos. Esta en una zona complicada para aparcar y tiene un supermercado a la vuelta de la manzana.Es un alojamiento amplio y cómodo. Con buenos cuartos de baño y con un buen equipamiento. El aire acondicionado funciona muy bien, al igual que la wifi.Aspectos a mejorar: aumentar el menaje de la cocina, ya que es un poco escaso, así como proveer de pastillas de lavavajillas, que no estaban disponibles en nuestra visita.
