Located in the historic fishing district of El Palo, just over 100 meters from the beach, the house has several floors that are distributed as follows:

On the ground floor, at the entrance of the house, there is a porch that leads into the interior. As soon as we enter the house we find some stairs that lead to the upper floor and under these stairs there is a toilet. On this floor there is also a dining room, a kitchen and a semi-covered patio.

On the upper floor there are three double bedrooms, a bathroom with a bathtub and a door that, via stairs, leads to the roof terrace, where there are several sun loungers, a barbecue and a table with several chairs to enjoy a picnic lunch. fresh air.

There is a private covered garage with night surveillance, located about 150 meters from the property, which can be used for € 10 / day.
