'JUAN DE AUSTRIA' Central Penthouse is a brand new and superior apartment located in the center of Malaga city. It has 2 bedrooms and a maximum capacity for 4 people. Located in a completely new building, with a private terrace with sun loungers and an outdoor dining area. The building is brand new with private parking at the basement (with direct access by lift).



It is a second floor with an elevator, and its distribution is duplex. On the ground floor there is a living room, kitchen, a bathroom and a double room with two single beds (they can be joined to form a double). On the upper floor, there is a room with a double bed, a full bathroom and access to a roof-top terrace with sun loungers and an outdoor lounge.



Comfortable and fully equipped accommodation, located in the center of the city of Malaga, with good access by public transport and car.



It is located in the city center of Malaga, a few minutes walk from the historic center. There are multiple supermarkets and shops in its vicinity. It is located in an ideal area for families and couples who want to get to know the city, without the need for a car for the stay.

Best stay in Malaga

This property is located in a quiet neighbourhood with 3 grocery stores with 10 minutes walk and 10 minutes walk to city centre with many local attractions, bar and restaurants. It was a perfect location for us and our 2 friends. We enjoyed lounging in the terrace in early evenings. There was a delay in responding to our queries a week before arrival . The property manager helped us check-in and left useful instructions.

El duplex muy bien todo nuevo, cómodo y muy bonito. Con aparcamiento. La zona cerca del centro pero no muy buena. Aunque estaba limpio y muy bien cuidado tuvimos sorpresa con hormigas al dejar una bolsa con algo de comida.
