El Carmen flat is an apartment very light, cozy with bright Andalusian Patio 8m2. With lift, is located in a quiet neighborhood with many shops and supermarkets close to the apartment (2 minutes walking), the apartment is very quiet, have double glass and in the street there are not very busy. The Modern Museum is 2 min far away from the flat, 10 min walking from main street Calle Larios, close the roman Theatre, Thyssen and Picasso´s Museum.The nearest beach is 12 min on foot. The flat is fully equipped you can find everything you can need for your stay.
Prices are for 2 persons except July and August that are fixed. The price extra person is 15euros/night.
If you need we have available parking 2 minutes by foot, 10 euros/night, 50 euros/week, 75euros/2 weeks.

Everything we needed!
The apartment is well provisioned and had everything in it for a comfortable stay for a week, including beach towels, sunscreen, a hairdryer, pots and pans, coffee, extra blankets and pillows, plus city maps and travel guides. We really enjoyed having breakfast on the private patio. Water pressure is excellent in the bathroom. The location was perfect for what we needed, easily walkable to the city center, close to the train/bus station and near some restaurants and supermarkets. It’s a mostly quiet street (when the windows are open you can hear occasional cars and motorcycles going by). Maria was very accommodating for our arrival and had several excellent recommendations for our stay. Extremely clean, well-cared for apartment that was a perfect home base for us for the week. We had an excellent time and would choose this apartment again.

Ideally situated apartment, short walk into the city centre. Plenty of restaurants and cafes in the area. Maria couldnt have been anymore helpful, gives you lots of information at the handover. Apartment is very secure, 2 doors to get through before you come to the apartment. Good internet as well.

Everything you need
Well appointed flat perfect for a couple's short stay. Location is about perfect for walking to most of Malaga's attractions including the fresh market, good restaurants, beach, gardens and hill top views. Not to mention the proximity to the tram that goes to the airport in just over 10 minutes and runs very frequently. The hostess, Maria, is very accommodating and helpful and made the check-in and out stress-free.

Well situated for major sites, transport and facilities all within short walking distance.
Long weekend. Quiet one way street. Had to contact host via Vrbo as the shower had no hot water and was resolved in under one hour. Well equipped kitchen. Bonus patio/airwell off kitchen with washing machine, table, one chair and potted plants. French windows let in plenty of light with drapes for privacy. Double door entry followed by 7 steps to reach lift to apartment on first floor. Two sets of keys. Comfortable contemporary apartment. Accommodating host.

Perfect Location
The apartment was very clean and well equipped. Everything we needed for a two week stay was provided. The location is easy walking to all the major attractions in Malaga. Our host Maria, could not have been any more gracious. Everything was explained and she was just a text away if we needed anything. I would highly recommend this apartment.

Great host and perfect location for exploring the region.
Maria was a great host who wants to make sure every guest enjoys their time in Malaga. The location is perfect for exploring the region. A short walk to the bus and train stations as well as light rail and the pick up point for tours to Gibraltar. I would stay there again. Shower has great water pressure too!

Cute, sunny apartment. Kitchen was well equipped for cooking - dishwasher a plus. Shower with plenty of hot water and pressure. Small patio, though we couldn't use due to rain. Nice neighborhood a short walk to main tourist areas, with excellent restaurant choices a few minutes' walk away. 5 minute walk from train station and Mercadona supermarket. El Carmen market a couple of blocks away for all your fresh produce needs -- and a parking garage next door where the owner provided parking at a reasonable weekly rate.

An enjoyable stay in Perchel
We had two very comfortable and enjoyable weeks in this delightful apartment in Perchel . We liked the area and we found it most convenient for going to and from other areas in Malaga. We were also near to the main train station, the communter station, and the main bus station when we wanted to visit other places in Andalucia. We were well looked after by both the apartment manager and our host. We would recommend this apartment.

We spent a terrific month (March) here. The apartment had everything we needed. Comfy bed, extra linens, lots of hot water and reliable WIFI. Maria was a gracious hostess. Gave us clear instructions on how to get to the apt. And was there to meet us. She gave us a map of the city. Explained the bus system. Pointed out some of the must see sights. Suggested restaurants. Also gave us suggestions on travelling out to Granada, Nerja etc. We had a great time and will definitely return and would love to stay here again. Thank you Maria

Perfect urban retreat
We had an absolutely wonderful time at this flat in Málaga. Our host was extremely helpful and this compact apartment was equipped with everything you could possibly need, including basic condiments for cooking. The wifi has also been upgraded, which made it very convenient for communication and researching all the places we wanted to visit. The location is ideal; you can easily walk to the port or the historic district and there are shopping options everywhere. With the train and bus stations only minutes away on foot, it was easy to get to/from the airport as well as to arrange day trips to Granada, Seville, Cordoba, etc. We would return in a heartbeat!

Perfect location and a nice host
The apartment has a perfect location, away from the noise of the city, but close enough for a short walk to the city. The apartment is well equipped with everything you need, almost like home. Maria is the perfect host. She gave us a warm welcome, gave us useful information and advice about the apartmen, the neighbourhood and Malaga in general. She followed up during our stay and showed interest in our wellbeing. It was also easy to get in contract with her during our stay. She was also very helpful with organizing our transport from and to the airport. We recommend this apartment to future visitors to Malaga.

L’appartement de Maria a tout ce qu’il faut pour les touristes, bien équipé, bien situé. On peut tout faire à pied. Maria est une hôte très présente et nous avons grandement apprécié ses conseils et son aide. Le fait qu’il y ait un stationnement tout près nous a ravis. Nous avons beaucoup aimé Malaga!
