Great location

Great location very quiet. Apartment could do with updating especially shower cubicle , shortage of glasses, toilet paper, hangers, pillows , kitchen cloths.

Lovely apartment in great location

The property was clean and perfecty located to explore this beautiful city. Staff at the office were friendly and helpful. Beds were really comfy. The inclusion of essentials like soap/shower gel/washing up liquid etc was useful for a short stay. There was no oven, only a microwave. The square is lively at night with a bar opposite, but bedrooms are at the back of the flat and with doors & shutters closed the noise is not disturbing. We loved our stay. Thank you

Die (fast) perfekte Unterkunft

Sehr schöne Wohnung in zentraler Lage. Sehr gut ausgestattet und sauber. Ein kleiner Minuspunkt ist aber die Lärmbelästigung durch ein genau gegenüberliegenden Nachtclub (laut redende Gäste im Freien), der aber durch die im November geschlossenen Fenster einigermaßen gedämpft und ertragbar war.

High expectations...

Iloftmalaga, located in the heart of Malaga, is the perfect spot to stay, it is close to museums, bars, restaurants, and shops. But I needed to mention some details related to the admin itself. They were always attentive and very responsive when I made an inquiry. First, my disappointment started when I was misleading regarding the parking availability. The facility does not count with a parking as it was announced on the advertisement for the rental apartment, and I found that out the hard way upon our arrival and after we had contracted our rental car for our stay. Then, Iloftmalaga offered a discount in the local Parkgrund system. BIG DIFFERENCE! But it is still expensive. Second, they provided you with the rental address, but they failed to mention in their advertisement that you will need to pick up the keys in a different location. Prepare yourself to walk carrying your luggage in downtown Malaga. On the other hand, the property pictures are fantastic, bedrooms were comfortable and clean; however, the reality, is a little bit deceiving. The kitchen was not functional and lacked the utensils that you would expect on your vacation. Bathroom stalls were loose, water ran freely day and night, and the shower controls were broken. The internet and the entertainment area are not worth mentioning. There was no reliable internet.

Great location if you don’t mind noise.

The location of the property was great, walking distance to everything you could need and want to see. Be mindful that there is a nightclub downstairs that is very noisy at 3am! The Wi-Fi was next to nonresistance which is unexceptable.

Recent visit to Malaga

We spent 6 days in the apartment recently and our overall experience was good. I would say the apartment was furnished with the bare minimums but for us it worked. We ate out every night so didn’t have to cook but there were definitely no extras. The beds were great and a/c was great! It was very clean and the location was excellent on a small street in the old part of the city. There is a night club nearby, but the noise really doesn’t reach to the bedrooms so it wasn’t a problem. The management staff was very quick to respond if we needed them. The major complaint I have is the check in process. You have to find the management office, get the keys, then walk with your bags about 10 mins to the apartment.!Parking is a problem and driving to the location is next to impossible due to road work and small pedestrian only streets. It was frustrating and my Spanish in-laws were beyond annoyed. I think being a little better informed ahead of time would have helped us. The roads are easily walkable with a wheel suitcase so it’s not really a big deal to walk the distance from management office to apartment it’s just confusing the first time. The apartment was very clean and cute although the couch and chairs are a bit tired. The decorations were really cute and the overall feel of the place was cozy and clean. We all agreed it was fairly basic but good. I would rent this place again as the location is fantastic and it met all our needs. It is about a 20 min walk to the beach.

Terrible experience

Worse check in experience! The host doesn’t tell you that you’re required to pick up the keys at a different location. Staff is rude, the bedsheets had blood stains and the AC leaks making the apartment smell like mold. This unit doesn’t look like the images at all, big disappointment.

Location, Location, Location

I’m a museum nerd. It is why I chose Malaga. I could walk to every one of the 10 we visited. Th apartment needs some sprucing up. New dining room chairs and an additional comfy chair in th living room. But those things are not really important for our pleasurable stay. However the WiFi is a serious problem. The signal is weak and sporadic. Good thing we all had 5 G. Overall I would rate it a 4 1/4. I loft was excellent to work with right up to arranging cars for our departure. B

Heerlijk verblijf in Málaga

Samen met 4 vriendinnen hebben we een heerlijk verblijf gehad in dit appartement. De locatie was gunstig in het oude centrum. 2 fijne slaapkamers en 2 badkamers waren heel comfortabel. Helaas was er wel het eea stuk, achterstallig onderhoud, maar daar valt prima mee te leven. Wat heel fijn was waren de buitenverblijven. 1 waar de wasmachine staat, 1 met een tuinset om te relaxen en de openslaande ramen waardoor je 1 Frans balkon had een nog een soort balkon met bar. Voor vrienden een ideaal appartement, maar ook voor gezinnen met kinderen, door de 2e slaapkamer met 2 bedden.

As a first time user of VRBO I am delighted with my experience and highly recommend it.

The property was as described and the location is ideal. It has been renovated and it is very functional. There were a few (small) items to be replaced or added and our requests were immediately dealt with. I would like to commend Mariana and Elizabeth from the Malaga office for a friendly, courteous and professional service which went beyond expectations.

Fantastic location

Perfect apartment in the heart of the old town. The customer service from ILoft Malaga office was excellent. I phoned in advance with queries on parking/left luggage and information was sent by WhatsApp within minutes. On arrival they provided an excellent information sheet and booked a taxi for the airport on our departure. Very professional, friendly and helpful service.

Marvelous Malaga

Enjoyed our short stay in this apartment in Malaga. It was in a great location, don't let the bar downstairs deter you, it didn't bother us at all. The management company was very helpful and responsive. We'd stay again. Not a big deal, but it does not have an oven.

Prachtig appartement in hartje stad !

Schitterende woning in het centrum van Malaga. Hier en daar zijn er een aantal puntjes in de woning die onderhoud vergen. Dit doorgegeven aan de organisatie en zij hebben beloofd dit aan te gaan pakken. Voor de rest een fijne woning met alle gemakken en fijne bedden.

Steps to everything

This lovely apartment is perfectly situated allowing access to all the sights and amenities. For the avid walker the beach is also accessible. The apartment is a bit worn but functional - it’s fantastic locale makes up for the insignificant minor disrepairs. View from the balcony is of a church with a bell tower - very beautiful inside. Highly recommend- Would definitely stay again.

Well situated modern apartment

We enjoyed our stay at this apartment in Malaga due to it’s location in a quiet pedestrian area. José very kindly booked us a taxi for our departure and the driver came to collect us at the door which was greatly appreciated. I don’t think anyone other than me has actually cooked in this apartment. I bought a spatula and ladle and left them in case anyone else decides to make a meal. The bed was quite comfortable, the shower nice and hot and the air conditioning was very good. All in all a good stay.

Great location convenient to city center and restaurants

Very nice space, with open living room/kitchen, dining room, and 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms. Kitchen was not quite fully outfitted, could use a spatula, but overall it worked out well for us, with nearby supermarket and restaurants. Balcony overlooks Plaza de Martyrs so can be a bit noisy but still a convenient location. Has working laundry and small outdoor space.

Amazing location!

Lovely property, well equipped. Fantastic location in the heart of the old town. Surrounded by wonderful bars and restaurants, and all major tourist attractions, such as the Picasso Museum, Cathedral, Alcazaba, market, port area, all within walking distance. We will definitely be returning here!

Long weekend away for 40th birthday

Fantastically located 1st floor apartment for sights, shops, bars and restaurants, no more than 10/15 mins walk to anywhere. Small supermarket practically on the doorstep for essentials. Large, spacious and very clean. The small outside area could maybe do with a tidy up, but that’s only a minor point. Beds were extremely comfortable. The kitchen was well equipped with everything we needed. Communication from the owners was excellent. I would 100% recommend for your stay in Malaga.

Svært at finde husnr. (fik hjælp af lokal). Meget støj fra natklub i weekenderne. Derfor vigtigt at lukke alle vinduer og skodderne. Hyggeligt område.

Comfortable and well appointed.

The apartment is roomy and light. Everything you might need is available. The arrival and departure system is simple and convenient. The apartment is in the old city and close to museums, restaurants and bars. Everything is in easy walking distance. The only downside is the fact that the apartment is opposite a night club. The Club opens at midnight and the last revellers depart at 7am. You cannot hear the music from the club but the patrons tend to congregate (to have a smoke) in the plaza below the apartment and they are very noisy. If you close all the double glazed windows then you cannot hear the noise. Definitely recommended.
