About this property

P-2 Superior Studio with large terrace and excellent views

  • The "Studio Superior" is available for short-term rental. It consists of two adjoining studios featuring a spacious terrace with excellent mountain views. The terrace can either be shared or divided by a side awning to ensure privacy for guests in both units. Located on the building's second floor, it boasts a large, private terrace. It is ideal for four people, though two additional guests can sleep on a sofa bed. The property is close to an area with bars, restaurants, a supermarket, shops, a pharmacy, and a bank. It is a great choice for those traveling by car, as there are free public parking spaces on the street right in front; these are usually available all day during the summer and from 6:00 PM onwards in the winter. A bus stop is just 50 meters away, and Baños del Carmen beach is 1 km away. Málaga's historic center is approximately 3 km away, with a direct bus connection available.

Total area: 55 m² (Interior: 25 m² and terrace: 30 m²).

The owners and managers of this and other accommodations are available to assist our guests with anything they may need, such as car, bicycle, or scooter rentals, or any other information. However, guests of this apartment enjoy complete privacy.

Tres bel appartement
