Pinzon - Holiday home in Malaga

  • Newly renovated holiday home in the up-and-coming neighborhood of Soho in Malaga center. The apartment is situated just 5 minutes walk from Calle Larios. The residence offers a unique modern design with two bedrooms, two bathrooms and a charming terrace.



    The apartment is located on the 2nd floor of a beautiful classical building with elevator and offers a new modern kitchen with all accessories, a nice bright living room with sofa, Smart TV, dining table and access to the terrace (6 m2) with furniture. Bi-folding doors leading out to the terrace can be opened fully (3 meters).



    The residence offers 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms.



    Bedroom 1 offers a double bed (180x190 cm), wardrobe and a private bathroom with shower.

    Bedroom 2 has a double bed (180x190 cm), wardrobe and direct access to the terrace. All beds can be separated into single beds





    We offer air conditioning (hot & cold) in both bedrooms and in the living room, Internet and parking, should you arrive by car, parking is located 650 meters from the apartment.



    Please notice that the apartment is located very centrally with restaurants, bars and venues around so noise could be an inconvenience for some guests.
