Villa Clavero EIGHT Premium APT is an exclusive and new apartment that is part of the Villa Clavero residential area, in the heart of El Limonar (Málaga capital). This is a private apartment with 2 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms, for up to 4 guests, brand new, with access to a private terrace and access to the community pool. It has a fully equipped kitchen and indoor and outdoor dining area. In addition, it has WiFi and free parking included.



The residential complex is made up of only ten accommodations, so the tranquility and quality of the stay is guaranteed, in the best area of ​​Malaga, close to the beach and the city center.



The apartment has all the details to enjoy a sensational stay. Fully equipped kitchen, interior living room and outdoor terrace with views of the garden and pool, sea views from the living room and master bedroom.



Villa Clavero was built around an Andalusian patio, approximately at the end of the 19th century. The entrance to the patio is through wrought iron doors and the modernist mosaic floors in the entrance hall and the first floor are original.



Two malls, El Paseo del Limonar and El Paseo de Miramar, have been in the heart of the best residential area of ​​Malaga for 100 years. Hacienda Clavero is located on Ramos Carrión Street, which runs from Miramar to Santa Paula. There are wonderful views of the hills, the city and the Mediterranean. The city center is 5 km from the house and a 3-minute drive from the E15 highway, Limonar exit. Malaga airport is 25kms, 15-20 minutes by car.



The house has approximately 4,000 m2 of plot distributed between the house and its community exteriors. The house is surrounded by gardens with an abundance of tropical plants such as jasmine, heliotropes, honeysuckle.



The pool is 15 meters long and is open all year round.

ENTRANCE TO THE ACCOMMODATION IS AUTONOMOUS AND THE ENTRY TIME IS FREE FROM 2:00 PM (2 PM).

The property was beautiful and the apartment tastefully refurbished, clean and comfortable and did have a kitchen as apposed to the conflicting information on the description. The pool and surrounding area really made it. The only negative was that there was no-one obvious to liaise with about getting fresh towels (though as we were packing to leave we found fresh towels in a bedroom drawer).
