The only drawback to this property is the roads in the immediate neighborhood are very rough, but I would rather have that than be located on a busy/loud street. This property is centrally located to Canton, Palestine, and Tyler which suited us perfectly. I would stay here again. "

All that was wrong was a suck doorknob which was fixed right away. Loretta was so kind and responded asap to any communication. They went all out on this place. They got the upgraded appliances, cookware, bedding, etc. we felt like we were living in luxury. "
