Location cleanliness the staff, but they only issue I had with the reservation was that when the application asked me to enter the name of the guest it goes through, but the reservation comes with a different name. It comes with my name as a guess. The reservation confirmation should say the name of the guest, and not the name of the person who made the reservation."

"Upon check-in, I had paid for a spacious room with a bar. To my surprise, the front desk informed me that all available rooms had been booked. They offered me the most undesirable option, a room devoid of windows, devoid of a view, and confined to four walls, and it was remarkably small with full of Roaches. I paid for a comfortable room, not for a subpar one. Furthermore, the front staff asked to upgrade my room for a larger one and that to pay the difference. The service provided was horrible, and I was thoroughly dissatisfied with this hotel. Disgusting "

"The rooms were clean but way too noisy. Insulation in the walls is non existent. I asked for an extra pillow and blanket, only to be met with the front desk person telling me there’s 4 pillows already and asking if we had an extra person, to which I responded that no, I have back problems and get cold. Parking is easy and right below the rooms. Pool and jacuzzi look clean. Checked out early because of noise, was not offered my money back despite having checked out two nights early. "
