"This hotel was exactly what was described on the website. Everyone of the staff I encountered was very friendly. The check in and check out process were very simple. I always had a parking spot and the location was exactly where I was wanting it to be, right in between playa hermosa and playa Pacifica!"

They offer indoor parking right in the heart of downtown everything is walking distance over happy with my stay I would bring hygiene stuff! "

Showed bank statements of both charges and how the it went through. Bank charged me international fee twice. Still have no heard back from the hotel."
