We got there, went out to eat and when we returned I used the bathroom and found out that it was clogged, I called reception and they sent someone to fix it but he left a mess on the floor, it was dirty water that came out from the toilet and did not clean it. We also got a room closed to the parking and it was very noisy, didn’t have a good experience this time. "

"The front desk guy responded to me in English whenever I would speak to him in Spanish. Mind you, I have a degree in Spanish. I thought that was rude. We had just driven 6.5 hrs to get there and just wanted to sleep. Overall, good hotel. I’d probably stay there again but the staff could be a little nicer. That said, the housekeepers were all very nice. The front desk and restaurant staff were just weird and gave weird vibes. For example, the restaurant girls would stare at us the whole time we were eating. The location was pretty perfect. Just over half a mile to the spot where all the restaurants and tourist stuff was. And only 30-35 min from VDG, which was a beautiful drive."
