"The place was nice. But the room I was in the front I can hear the workers talking at 6am. I was not happy about that "

"Overall the place was good, big pool, wifi was great! friendly staff (other than one lady that works at the front of the restaurant, she didnt have a name tag, kinda rude). A short walk to everything. Room service was great!!! Great food, good prices and good portions for the price! I think it was the best part of the stay other than how massive the pool was. The cons: Our room needed a little maintenance. The screen door didnt work, the ac didnt work, sink pop up didnt work, one of the outside lights on our balcony didnt work, the shower leaks through the door and water was everywhere on the floor, the furniture was pretty beat up, closet was kinda broken, no mini fridge in the room, kids running around above us until 2am, bed was very stiff, they have bird noises through a speaker that just repeats and it kinda got annoying, they shut the pool off at 9 but i wish they would at least keep the lights on, would have made a huge difference to sit on the balconies at night. We thought due to it being attatched to a casino that it would be more adult friendly but its quit the opposite. Security bothered other guests for bringing their own alcohol but didnt enforce any of the rules for the kids being in the jacuzzi with their inflatables and jumping off of the jacuzzi into the pool ect. The stay wasnt bad, we looked past most of it and went on with our weekend, i think the kids and the room condition is what will keep us from coming back. "

"Perfect view of the pier, great area of downtown Ensenada, plenty of restaurants, bars and food vendors. Great area to shop at. Nice hotel. "
