Beautiful place to stay and well maintained. They cleaned out rooms everyday and the breakfast was so fresh I felt I was home. The staff was so kind and helpful. This place made me feel I was staying at home with family.

Hotel is very clean,the room is cleaned every day.Owner is very friendly and helpful.Hotel is located on a beach and the restaurant’s is few minutes away from the hotel.Market is also very near.We had beautiful 13 days in this hotel

It's a little bit older hotel, but this doesn't mean that it is bad. It has a great charm, is very, very clean and well maintained. The owner takes great care of his hotel and is absolutely very helpful. If you have a wish he really tries everything to fulfill it. This hotel is family owned. The pool and surrounding areas are also very nice and clean. The direct access to the beach let you almost forget that you are on the island of crete. Very good for families with children. If I have the pleasure to come back to crete, it will be for sure my first choice. I can recommend this hotel without any hesitation.

Lovely stay in the area of Ammoudara. Johannes is lovely and accommodating, answering all our questions about how to get to Heraklion and also how to get to Chania. The pool is lovely and the hotel having access to the beach is wonderful - I would stay again.

The owner of the property and all the staff were amazing, very professional and helpful. The place was near the beach, very clean and suitable to people who need peace and quiet. Easy access to the city centre and airport, one only need to walk five minutes and get onto a bus. We like as well the supermarket and restaurants nearby.

We had a beautiful stay at this family-run hotel. It truly felt like a home away from home, thanks to the incredibly kind and supportive owner and team. I liked hotel and hotel's workers. They were very kindly and flexible. The sea is near by hotel and hotel's swimmingpool was good and clean. The breakfast was good enough, but greek yogurt with honey was lovely. The view of breakfast-room/ restaurant was really beautiful.

I stayed here for a week in summer 2025 and had a wonderful experience. The room had beautiful panoramic sea views, and the beach was just a minute’s walk away. The staff were always kind and welcoming, and having parking at the hotel was very convenient since we rented a car. It’s also only a 5-minute drive from the center of Heraklion, which made it easy to explore. I would definitely recommend this hotel and would love to come back on my next trip to Crete!

Great value for the money provided you enjoy a quiet beach and don’t mind driving 10 minutes to town centre. Good restaurants and a supermarket are about 5 minutes walking distance. Right on a beautiful sandy beach. Great for sunbathing, and swimming. Friendly and welcoming staff.

Nice hotel with great location at the beach near Heraklion. Staff was very friendly and helpful. The pool area was peaceful and had a shallow part which was nice with toddler. There is a large supermarket and few good restaurants close to hotel. We had great experience of the visit.

A perfect stay on Crete

My son and daughter and I had an amazing stay here. The hotel might be old but it is spotlessly clean and very comfortable. We were looked after brilliantly and treated like family rather than guests. We could easily walk to a range of really good bars and restaurants and there is a massive supermarket five minutes walk away. Loved it.
